  • Always fill lead-acid batteries with distilled water, be careful not to overfill

Annually

  • Properly store your LSV over the fall/winter, see below

Storage Recommendations

After last use of the season, wash the vehicle, check batteries for water level and residue build-up (if lead-acid), check tires for air and uneven wear, and fully charge - Leave your vehicle unplugged

Indoor Storage

For those who have a garage and the space, it's best to keep the vehicle inside. Before your next use, charge the vehicle completely and perform the same battery and tire checks as above.

Outdoor Storage

For those who don't have a garage or the space, then covering your vehicle with a water resistant cover is a must. Like above, charge the vehicle completely before your next use and check batteries and tires.

Professional Storage Service

If you would rather not worry about this at all, we offer a winter storage service that includes pick up and delivery, battery service, a car wash, and the peace of mind knowing your vehicle is out of the elements (including flooding).

Important Battery Note

Lead-acid batteries should always be filled with distilled water only. Be careful not to overfill. Using tap water can damage your battery and reduce its lifespan.
